IBC Container Mixing / Blending is a lean manufaucruing process, as there is no cleaning downtime (as the IBCs are cleaned offline /COL), eliminating the wasted time associated with traditional static mixers.

IBC Solution® Mixer come with 'high shear' capabilities with the intensifier blade to cater the most difficult handling product and mix well.

With Liquid Addition or liquid spraying technologies apply while during blending/ mixing, it will be eliminate the need of manual handling to ensure of the quality of mixed/ blend product. We offer the range from lab unit of 10L to 10,000L blending / Mixing size.
